    Anyone switched to 87 octane?

Been running 87 octane on my 2019 Laramie since the day I got it brand new. Never knocked once, and runs great. No need to pay extra for something I don’t need.

2019 Ram Laramie - Broken Power Running Board?

Thanks. I called insurance, and it's considered a collision and not a road hazard, so it would hit the $500 deductible. I wanted to avoid a claim if I could.

2019 Ram Laramie - Broken Power Running Board?

Driving from VA to Ohio and ended up hitting a cone in the road on the PA turnpike. It must have had a hard base to it because it broke the power running board on my 2019 Ram Laramie 1500 (I stepped out of the truck and stepped on it to step down, and that caused the other end to break, so the...

LOL, are you getting screwy directions like I got last week in my 2019 Ram Laramie traveling to a tradeshow in Florida??? Unreal - wish I could send this to someone who cares at Ram.

    Screwy Navigation????

Drove my 2019 Ram Laramie to a tradeshow in Florida this past week, and noticed a number of map errors. For example the speed limits were wrong on some routes, and some turns did not exist. I also even got ridiculous directions so bad I had to take a picture of them, which I posted here. Any...

    New 2020 Warlock

Wow, I looked the Diamondback covers up, and this one is awesome: https://diamondbackcovers.com/products/diamondback270?variant=28904543817 I'm going to consider that.

    Silverado wheels on a Ram?

I bought a 2019 Laramie with the black package, but hated the rims. I put my Chevy Avalanche rims on and they work and look great, at least for me.

Question about those that own 6'4" vs 5'7"

It is worth checking, but mine fits perfectly, and we have shelves that take up some of that space as well. I have a 6'-4" Laramie. I haven't had any issues with maneuverability at all, and I really like the extra space, particularly when packing up things to go to the Outer Banks, NC.

    Top down nav view?

Saw an ad for Ram on Facebook and it showed a top-down view in the nav panel. I have a 2019 Laramie, and I haven't seen this option. Does it exist in 2019, or is that just for later models?

    Ford is copying Ram

The navigation screen makes it considerably better to view when full screen, for one thing. Or, you can have it half in half: half navigation and the other half open apps. I listen to a lot of business-related podcasts when traveling.

    Ford is copying Ram

I love the iPad in the dash, it's one of the features that sold me on switching to a Ram, and I'm quite sure I'm not the only one. :). That's also why the new Ford is copying it.

    PW Mod For Father’s Day

Interesting, but the new Rams don't hold much weight on the tailgate. Two adults would easily exceed it, I believe.

This new AERO X Truck Cap is pretty cool!

I'm sure some won't like this, but I think it looks pretty awesome. I owned 3 Chevy Avalanches before, and I always liked that look. They are coming out with a Ram version later this year. Check it out here: https://www.mivehiclesolutions.com/aero-x-cap

12” Screen Reports: anyone have one that works without issues?

The last time mine lost the presets, XM Satellite had to resend a signal and that's what fixed it. I've never done anything with the door setting.

    12" update

PS - my local dealership had no clue and gave me earlier this year that same BS answer except it said wait for the update 3rd quarter 2018!!!! I said to them that was already out of date! Here's what they gave me. Extremely frustrating. Anyway, here is the link to reset the Sirius...

    12" update

I too had been dealing with this issue. and it just happened again to me this month. And here's how to fix it: Use this link to reset the Sirius satellite radio; you'll need your VIN so the system will know where to send the signal. I keep my VIN handy in the Mopar app so I always have it...

Does it work with a 2019, with the start stop technology? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Should i get a pedal commander?

I like the idea of it. Dumb question though, what does it do to your gas mileage? Obviously, it is driving habit dependent. But is there any other adverse effect on gas mileage? I already don't get the advertised mileage.

12” Screen Reports: anyone have one that works without issues?

The dealership never fixed the issue for me. I submitted a complaint through the RAM website customer service and some how magically the problem was fixed! So in my guess, RAM has a way to solve this via over the air update to the stereo. I may be wrong, but this wasn't a coincidence. The...

Anyone find a way to disable the auto parking break when driving with the door open?

I have owned various trucks since my first one in the late 1970s, and I always found a need once in a while to drive with the door open. Maybe when backing up to a trailer, or whatever. This is the first truck I've ever owned that some dumbass safety engineer thought it smart to disable that...

    Talk me off the cliff....

How about this? Since Ford is so expensive and you'll get more for your money with Ram, take some of that savings and buy the lifetime warranty. Then don't worry about any of it! :)
