I looked at those, I ended up going with new springs. The ones i got were made by Tuf Truck. it made a pretty big difference and I may had some bags in the future.
payload on my truck is 1148 lbs. I put one scoop of mulch in the bed and it squatted almost down to scrubbing the wheels. My old truck hardly moved with one scoop and leaf springs. My dads F150 got two scoops when i got my one and it moved 1/4 of what mine did with twice as much weight.
I had this same problem last winter. Mine was simple (thank goodness), something had gotten into the blower and had jammed it so it wasnt turning or blowing any air so all the hot air was just sitting in the dash
Thats a dang good deal. Im looking at possibly selling my 16 big horn. Wife lost her job and its just an expense we cant really afford and the easiest/biggest to cut. It has 50k on it with no major defects only minor scratches and such. Hoping I get as good a deal as you did if I actually have...
I love my truck, however if there was something I could change it would be the rear coil springs instead of leaf springs. I really do not like them. I know they did it to make the ride more family friendly but it detracts from the truck being a truck. The payload of the truck is a joke in my...
Had this same issue, I bought a newer system from a private person that had replaced theres. Installed myself and just called the dealer to get the activation code ( free at this dealer at least) it did cost me about $600 for the new system but I gained apple auto which i did not have before and...
I had the same issue and it depends on where i go to fuel up. Some of the pumps are a little different and it wont allow the nozzel to go down far enough to get the correct angle.
something needs to happen real quick, December is coming up FAST and if it goes past that you know they will argue it is out of warranty and you will have a whole other issue to deal with.
My truck has made all kinds of weird noises when I lock and unlock ever since I got it. Bought it at 19K and now have almost 50k. noises still there and still have no idea what they are
I mean its like i said, i just dont know any better. I do most work on my truck and past vehicles but i have just never really dealt with the the exhaust system from the cat to the motor. when i looked up there on the passenger side there are some hoses that are pretty dang close, especially...
really thinking about it. Looking at the AFE shorts, just dont know that much about headers in general. I like them because it fixes the problem without needing to do any tuning to the truck. Only thing im not sure about is the heat coming off of them and the components around them with that...
well then, I guess its going to be me trying to convince the dealer to send them out to be refinished. Or finding and taking it to a shop willing to do it after the dealer fixes the bolts
So FCA is telling techs to just put the, pretty much broken, piece of equipment back onto the vehicle? Isnt that some kind of safety hazard of some kind? I mean dang thats pretty crappy. Im tempted to but the AFE short headers to put on after this is fixed so I dont have to worry about it...
Hey guys, I have finally had the broken bolts on the Exhaust manifold. Went to the dealer to schedule warranty work and asked about what all they did as part of the procedure. They told me that the extract the bolts and just replace the broken bolt. They do not replace all the bolts and they do...
Or just be a normal person and take a few minutes to let it warm up. I live on a mountain and have zero issues with my engine taking me down the hill. Its not a programming issue it your impatience that is the issue.
