This doesn’t look right
Could be a GPS tracker. Did they try to sell you one or did the finance company require one? Lots of dealers are starting to put GPS trackers in all of their vehicles and are trying to sell you the system. They will still leave it in even if you don't buy it. Could be something along those lines. -
