    35's or 37's

I like the 37's but I don't DD it. I do wish I had more gear than the stock 3.92 but they work, especiallywith the 8spd. I manage to get out in the woods every once in a while and the truck does well, (definitelybigger than a Jeep). I did upgrade to a set of Hawk pads front and rear and that...

If I had no bad luck...

I had the outboard boot get torn when my upper ball joint broke. I went ahead and ordered the mopar replacement boot and swapped it out myself. It was an easy swap and the new boot comes with new grease and the clamps. A $50 fix instead of the $200-250 new cv axle. Mine had about 40k miles...

    BW 44-44 Lockup Switch

These switches work great. I have had mine installed for a couple of years now. I use it in the woods when climbing rock ledges and in mud to keep the front end working. Never had a problem with it.

    35's or 37's

6/3 BDS kit,w/ Fox coilovers, I started with a 295/65/20 on stock wheels. Now 37/12.5 on 17" Hutchinson wheels. I love the 37's, great ride. I have some extra weight on the front and back. I have 3.92's, truck still drives well with the 8spd. I would love to have some 5.13's. Last pick...

Is anybody cutting these mounts after an aftermarket bumper install?

    Cow Catcher, steel bumpers

I've had this one for a few years, nice and heavy made by Hammerhead. They make them in a few different configurations for the 2500/3500.

    Problems after lift

I don't think everyone bought there truck with the thought that it was exactly what they wanted. I have basically the same truck with the same lift and yes it rode well stock but it was not ultimately what I wanted. If you are content with the factory configuration that is great but don't put...

    Problems after lift

I have the same spacer and they haven't been a problem for me. I also have the BDS 6/3 lift (self install). I went with the Fox coilovers though. I too have some weird noises but I'm pretty sure it's from odd tread wear. I don't get the Cooper STT's rotated as much as I should. Lift and...

Debating - Granite crystal chrome or night edition black on black...HELP!

Crystal Granite it's a little dirty. The chrome is slowly disappearing, I don't mind a little bit, so I probably won't mess with the door handles but next is the grill and wheels.

    Wheel spacers or no?

295/65/20 Cooper STT Pro's on stock Laramie wheels with 1.5" spacers. Truck has 6/3 bds kit. Tire stick out maybe 1/2" past the stock flares. Truck has been like this for 2 years, in the woods a few times and never a problem. Clearance is good with the uca.

Just got the message SERVICE AXLE LOCKER

My 17 that I bought new has probably been at the dealer for more like 90 days maybe more. I got it in October, by Thanksgiving the hvac was jacked up. It took three visits to get it working that winter. Now the ac will work fine all summer but every winter it spends weeks in the shop because...

    Well that was fun!

Before I installed them I pulled the ABS sensor and pumped a little extra grease into them.

I just picked up a pair of Timken bearings (hubs) for $220 w/ 2 day shipping. The dealers are getting ridiculous.

4th gen T-Rex Torch grille half price

I have the same bumper on mine and the matching rear. I swapped my sensors over on both and never had a problem with them. Have worked great and I didn't have to do anything to the wire harness. Great bumpers.

    Bonehead moment

They are 1" thick shackle mounts but I guess they will keep the pipes safe. This was my upgrade when a nice lady decided not to stop behind me at a stop sign.

    Bonehead moment

This is what you need, Hammerhead bumper. 1/4" plate/1/2" mounts and your sensors fit right it. It may give you a fighting chance against those jumping trees. The steps are a bonus!
