    2014 CC Laramie 8 speed, 3.92 limited slip diff. Anywhere from 9-12 MPG towing 8500-9000lb TT. 14mpg average in town, 18-20 on the HWY.

    What 55 mph does for gas mileage

    Mine likes going from DFW to Kentucky, running between 70-75, I got the best mileage average of 20mpg+. Driving from CA to TX, averaged 18.5mpg. 5.7 with 3.21 and Wildpeaks. I'll be really curious to see what I get on the way home.

    8 speed transmission problems, or just how it is?

    Mine had this issue when I test drove it and and they flashed the transmission and it dramatically improved. It still does it have a slight bump but it depends on how I drive it as to whether or not it happens. I may drive another one and see if it feels the same or not.

    Thank you for the kind words, no one who hasn't gone through it can really appreciate the tragedy of losing a child. I'm constantly searching for distraction! It feels way too raw and fresh and I'm always looking for something to take my mind off of this awful thing. I have so many questions...
