Flash drive formatted in fat32? Maybe try putting the maps folder on the flash drive as well as the software update folder. I think some people were having issues flashing without that -

I have updated my UAQ to the 39.6 firmware with no issues. I did put the map pack from the 21.9 update in the google drive on the USB, not sure if it mattered or not but it was the same version I already had so it couldn't make anything worse. I'm happy to report the "device not supported"... -

Can someone else with a UAQ and a heated wheel tell me if you get the icon for the heated wheel when you press the icon? Firmware 34.2 or 39.5? -

That's what I'm curious about - I'm having issues with the heated wheel icon not working (when you push the software button it turns on and gets warm but there's no indication on the screen if it's on or off) and the "device not supported" message pops up every time I start the truck which is...- TriBeard

I see there's now a 39.5 file for the UAQ - Has anyone tried it? I have sold my truck with the UAS and have a UAQ in my new truck on 34.2 and still have the no heated steering wheel icon and the "device not connected" message -

Nope, never got the issue fixed. Yeah, the feature works but there's no on screen indication that it's on or off (no heated wheel icon at the top of the screen between the seat icons, and the larger heated wheel button/icon on the main part of the screen also doesn't change). As far as I know, there is no 28.3 for the UAS (Non nav) radio. If there is, someone please link me. -

Weirdly I'm also getting an error trying to go back to 22.6 that says that the firmware is incompatible with my vehicle or whatever. Not sure why I'm getting that. -
