How many have had to replace their water pump?
2011 ram 1500 4wd hemi 120,000 miles. my AC pump had to be replaced with condenser. Since doing this exposed the water pump I had it changed with the thermostat. It seemed to be in ok shape but I would definitely do it again.- MikeBrew

Dealership has no idea what’s wrong - Help!
Call the phone number in your manual for corporate. Make them open a case. Follow up with a handwritten letter to corporate. Take names and times and keep calling. If vehicle is new start lemon law procedure.- MikeBrew

The key word here is mildew smell inside truck as opposed to sweet smell inside or outside truck. I went thru this and it’s very frustrating. The only thing I did wrong was I did the hard fix first.
