The Wal-Mart deal is hard to beat but I did see an Interstate H7 at Costco the last time I was there. Interstate also makes an H8...but I don't know if Costco normally handles that critter.
Reading about the obstacles that Tesla has had (and continues) to go through in trying to provide a different purchasing experience is interesting and somewhat depressing. The auto market is anything but free/open.
Another name for those who "bug-out" is "refugees". And in wartime that always works well for those who select that option :rolleyes:. IMO, those who prep for "bugging-in" will do better in many scenarios than those who become refugees. One potential exception is for those who are bugging-out...

We purchased our 2018 3500 from DD not long ago. We live in southern ID so it was easy. We paid cash so I can't comment on the financing except be very, very careful. Two things to note for you: Their "Dealer Doc fee" is very high ($295 IIRC) and they will try and sneak a screwy $299...
