Hemi and 08'+ 4.7 throtttle body compare
I have come across this question in other forums- unanswered... Do the bolt patterns match up between the Hemi and 4.7(semi-Hemi) throttle bodies? Without just buying one or having a friend with a Hemi close by its hard to tell. Correct me if wrong, but this is what I found about the...- JohnHenry

Best tuner for a 4.7
I've owned a Diablo Sport Trinity and a Superchips Cortex. The Diablo has many more options available, but I went to the Superchips handheld after feeling both performance high octane tunes in each handheld. Muffler only on 4.7L
I have some videos up of sound with a Super 44. I first had just the Flowmaster S. 44 muffler swapped in and kept the entire stock piping setup. I later went to side exit dump like a Ford Lightning has. Haven't changed it since, sounds great!- JohnHenry

hahaha! Forgot you suggested this a while ago... Wish I woulda' done it sooner now. Shackles are a quick swap 1-3" length wanted. My current ones are about 4 inches long.- JohnHenry

I owned a Diablo first, bought the Superchips and was happy since the performance tune out of both gave more pull with Superchips. Sold the Diablo. I know that sir, and agree on price being a bit steep... My handheld tuner was close to the same price with the transmission tune opening up many options. From a dig, I have always been annoyed by the way my truck creeps just a few seconds and then its like BOOM! It has a very aggressive tune...- JohnHenry

Newer vehicles did away with the cable to the throttle body. Electronic throttle bodies are the now in vehicles.
