    Help! Cabin Leak - Passenger Front Floor - Out of Options

    Have you check the seals to the doors? Im having the same problem and noticed that my seal for the whole front passenger door and crew cab are missing some rubber. That would be my best guess. Or what about the 3rd brake light?

    What did you do to/with your second gen today?

    I finished recharging the AC, replaced both check valves, and rerouted the HVAC because of damage from a recent Heater core/evaporator replacement. AC is blowing ice like a champ on these hot days.

    After new dash installation, Heater core & evaporator, my ac was only blowing out of the defrost area. I charged the system and added R134a this weekend.     AC ISSUES

    Im not a mechanic but which way does the check valves are to flow? I know the location of them and just changed them but I think one is failed or there may be a leak near in the hoses near the engine.

    I just bought the cover but like others said, my dash was cracked to hell and back. I actually found the dash core and sprayed Rhino liner on the back to reinforce it. I bought the bezel off eBay and it still fit great. You can see my new post
