    Just traded in my 2017 Lone Star 1500 crew cab yesterday. Had right at 60k miles. Only thing I ever did to that truck was oil change every 4-5k miles with Quaker State full synthetic. Never had an issue with the truck.

    I'm in south Texas. Summer's here are 105+ daily for weeks at a time. Plus, I drive in stop and go traffic everyday on the way home. I did switch to a 180 tstat couple years ago, kept it about ten degrees cooler. Definitely tell a difference driving in cooler Temps vs. hotter Temps.

    My Carven is too loud.

    I'm just southwest of Houston. I found another shop who charged $120, so I just had him do it. He's highly rated and did a good job. He had to add some pipe and hangers, but only took about 45 minutes. Love the sound of the magnaflow over the Carven. Carven just got too loud for me.

    Sometimes they get squirrelly. Hadn't switched mine for almost a year. I turned it off for state vehicle inspection. Turned it back on after inspection, and it threw the p108 or whatever code it is, but I think I turned it on while the truck was in gear. Cleared the code, haven't had issue since.
