    Diablo Sport i2 *SOLD*

Selling my Diablo Sport i2 that I had for my 2014 RAM. Does have some HemiFever custom tunes (not sure how well they would work for another truck). I totaled my 14 late last year but had luckily unmarried this thing before hand. Asking $150 shipped. PXL_20210130_215345827.NIGHT by jsteinm1...

    Upgrading from a Gen 4...suggestions?

Did you get an approximate cost to upgrade to vented seats? That is one of my favorite features (I'd pick those over heated seats) so knowing that its easy to add might help if I go with one that doesn't have them.

Might be joining the 5th gen family soon

Yeah in Nebraska I'd have to put my keys up from end of fall to spring just about haha. That and resale on a 2WD truck here is pretty rough naturally.

haha agreed- the 22s that come on the Laramie vs 18s on the Rebel is a bit more my style. I know 18" wheels are geared more for better off road choices with tires.

Good to know- and I may end up at the mercy of what's available for a price I'm willing to pay. Cooled seats are a feature I really liked on my sport. I like the styling of the Rebel but never do any off road driving. Is the stock ride height on the Rebel higher than the other models? I thought...

Might be joining the 5th gen family soon

Good to know. $58k is the MSRP I get from the builder with the options I'd like to have. My last truck I got $14k off MSRP so if I could do that again it'd be just about right. Granted I wish it was closer to $35k like my last truck, but can't have it all I suppose haha. At least this one I'd be...

Well huh, never seen that but I'll remember it, thanks! What org did you put down for your affiliation? Looks like I can maybe do it through my costco membership or auto insurance?

    Upgrading from a Gen 4...suggestions?

I might be going from a Sport to likely a laramie or maybe a rebel here soon...which trim would you get if you could do-over? I don't offroad much at all so I'm leaning toward the laramie night edition

Deer decided to run out in front of me on the highway the other morning. Fortunately, I was completely unharmed in the accident but my truck didn't fare well. It's currently at the dealer getting appraised for damages. They weren't sure yet, but warned me to be ready for a total loss :( So I...

    Engine oil flush?

I suspected this was a non issue, thanks guys for all the info!!

    Engine oil flush?

Current vs new Redline. Catch can was only about half full, think it has been about 15k miles since last dumped. I don't think I'm burning off any oil, level was still at the top of the safe range. Filter is RoyalPurple. I'm not sure what OCI's are? Yep I change my own. I'm guessing this was...

    Engine oil flush?

Will as soon as I get home. Out of curiosity, what would happen if it did overfill? Does it effectively operate as before a catch can, or worse?

    Engine oil flush?

HOLY SHIT I FORGOT TO DRAIN THIS. I'll see where this is, hopefully not completely full. Gas is typically Shell Premium, otherwise I shoot for other Top Tier brands. No fuel cleaners or other additives. I've been running Redline since I got the truck (55k miles now). EDIT: Bought the truck...

    Engine oil flush?

I took my truck in for service and got a comment back from the dealer: Observation: Found engine oil excessively discolored/dirty. Recommendation: Perform engine oil flush service. I'm about 5k miles into my last oil change using Redline synthetic so I shouldn't be near a change. However...

    Good All-Season tires?

Thanks for all the great feedback! I ended up ordering the Kumho Crugens locally here and should end up about $800 installed after rebate; little cheaper than I could get the Michelins right now. If I don't forget I'll have to chime in with an update of how I like them.

    Good All-Season tires?

Finally time to get new tires. As much as I'd love to get something a little bigger I'm going to stay stock due to cost and not wanting to add 20lbs to each corner (and resulting mpg loss). I do 99% pavement driving and Im in NE so snow is a concern. I'm looking at the Kuhmo Crugen HT51 in the...

    Remote start shutting off

It shuts off a few seconds after it starts. It shuts off about the same time after start like it does for low fuel. I do have a CEL on right now, maybe that is it although it doesn't shut off every time. I had a CEL come on a while back for a sensor (forget exactly what) so I'm guessing its...

    Remote start shutting off

Does anyone know what the reasons are for remote start (the factory system) to shut off after shortly after the truck started? I know that it will shut off for low fuel, but mine does this probably about 20% of the time when low fuel is not the case. The EVIC only says that remote start was...

    200$ Mistake

Jay's 2014 Sport CCSB Build Thread

Well, I finally bought a lift and wheels for my truck, except it came in the form of a motorcycle :D I went back and forth on it quite a bit cause my truck is something I enjoy every day, and motorcycle I have a hard time finding time to get on it. Overall happy with the decision. This is the...

    Help choosing between carven exhausts

I see Carven has bolt on kits now that are very attractive. I'm thinking about picking one up but am having trouble deciding which. I think I've watched every clip on youtube 3x over but am still stuck. Fortunately I love the sound of both so I think I'll be happy either way. I'm hoping some...
