    Maybe with more and a 37" it'll get into the pinch weld at the bottom of the cab or fender liner at full lock? I agree call them, that's the best way to confirm.     No clue on the 2019, but I would assume everything is there and plug and play. The switches for my 2013 had everything I needed.
