    I just installed the 8.4 in 2500 ram, radio works but it says climate off and climate doesn't work any ideas? I bought the kit from infotainment.

    I went to cycle the key and when I got in it says remote start cancelled hood open. I guess where I grounded the pin is a bad spot?

    I went through all the steps for setup, I hit the remote start button twice, horn beeps, lights flash, but that's it, doesn't start. Any ideas?

    Also when programming in alfa since I'm grounding pin 11 do I still select 1 ohm resistance? Also do I unpin 11 tap and ground or do I leave it and tap it then ground?

    Thank you, that is the pin I need to ground to bypass the hood latch to trick the bcm into thinking the hood is closed correct?
