I wonder if it has to do with the fluid they are replacing with? Is it the same dealer each time? The first time it happened, was right after a fluid change at 75k. What are the trans temps running? Also no repair, just replacement?
MDS probably won’t engage when you are towing… I saw a difference on a vacation when I filled up 8 times. Is was a 20-25 mi difference in a 32 gallon tank. So it works a little
Some times you have to do figure 8s for it to engage. That is normally for older rigs that do not ever use them.
you should also trying using front lockers and disconnects too on a monthly basis.
35” tires will fit without a lift. 4.5” lift is pretty high if you really off road. That really moves your center of gravity. 2” lift with the right offset, will allow 37” tires to fit.
19 saw a “stronger frame “ as well the 8sp tows very well. 10k on oil changes sucks in my opinion. Look at engine idle hours. Dont want to get the Hemi tick

I would keep it. Change all the fluids, belts, plugs and filters. Then see how you feel about it when you reach 150k. As 113k is when you can replace all the easy stuff like shocks and brakes and still have a reliable truck.
Oh yeah I forgot about that. The front sensor is turn off because it doesn’t like my lights. I suggest the Ultra hook from Factor 55 then!

Still have mine. I was reminded within the first 4k by @IRSmart to flip the hook over so the strap could not get removed from the winch while it was tight against my tow hook when stored.
