    My 2018 6.4 Hemi 2500 has been to the dealer 5 times now for gas cap message and engine light. They now have changed everything to do with that system completely, and the gas cap 2 times now. Waiting to see if it comes back on again and what the next step would be.

    I traded in a 2007 3500 6.7 4.10 gear Cummins for a 2018 2500 with 6.4 Hemi with 373 gears. It get the job done. Pulling #12,000. But should have stayed with Cummins. GET a long bed!

    Just noticed today when starting my 2018 Ram 2500 6.4 the red neutral light comes on in the 4x4 cluster by the selector switch than goes right off. I may have always done this but I never noticed it and see nothing in the book or search.

    I traded in my 3500 long bed diesel for 2500 long bed 6.4 and it does a good job pulling my 12,000 # Firth wheel but I cry every time wishing I would have kept the old truck if your thinking 5th wheel get a Long bed!

    Go diesel all the way. I made a mistake of trading my 6.7 Cummins for a 6.4 gas 2018 2500. Like most said it will pull it ok but you will have to research gas stations on your route to make sure you can get in and out with a trailer. Don’t be a me!

    I traded my 2007 3500 6.7 Cummins in for a 2018 with the 6.4 and been sick about it since. What a big mistake the 18 is a great truck but in no way compares to the Cummins

    3.73 vs 4.10

    First of all forget the Hemi and go with the Cummins , after having 2 of them and than getting the Hemi there is no comparison. Don’t make a mistake like I did. Both gears will do the job I have 373 and pull 1200 lbs with no issues and get about 16 mpg empty
