Lets see what you are towing.

I was torn between the 7x12 and the 7x14, but settled on the 12. Trying to fit our 16' cargo trailer and a dump trailer in at jobsites can be tricky so found the 12' was the best choice!

Anyone here use a Sonnax line pressure booster?

Good point I never thought of. I have a tuner, just haven't gotten around to getting a custom tune yet...

Anyone here use a Sonnax line pressure booster?

I came across these somewhere and am curious as to their effectiveness in tightening up the shifts. https://www.sonnax.com/line_pressure_booster_kits

Just picked our new dump trailer; no more Construction waste to the dump one truck load at a time!

    door lock issue

It sounds like a door lock actuator going bad. My '07's left rear did the same, unlocked sometimes, but never locked after a while; you could see it trying though. My '10's left rear is now doing exactly the same thing, so I ordered a new actuator, they are cheap.

Obtained a PIN with no problems

I used the Pin puller app for mine. I ended up buying a new key fob and having them program it. When I mentioned that I had the pin and was going to do one on my own the Service Writer also told me it changes every day.

Those with airbags for load leveling on 1500

I have the 1000# Airlifts in my 1500 and had the 5000# Firestones in my 2500. With the minimum 5# in them I felt no difference at all compared to not having them.

    Alfaobd, WCM variant, 2011 Ram

I was under the impression it could not be done without 2 functioning fobs. I have 2 but only one works, and it was not working well so decided, after much research, to just go to the dealer and buy a factory unit. It was $300 with taxes and programming, well worth it to have a new factory fob.

    Morimoto headlights

I do like the looks of them, but after the way the original issues were initially handled I can say I would not ever buy any products from them.

How long does everyone let their Hemi warm up in the morning?

30 seconds or so...that's the beauty of fuel injection, they don't need to run for 5 minutes to warm up.

    Killer doors

    Moose antlers LOL

I find it so bizarre how many people whine and complain about someone having their mirrors in the tow position. My 2500 tows our work trailer regularly so the mirrors are always up. My 1500 is my daily and does not tow often at all so the mirrors are always down. All I can really think is, mind...

    Would you buy a 2014 2500 6.4 with 270k on it?

I agree with many others on the no. If it was a Cummins I would have no worries, my '07 2500 has 394,000kms and other than the typical Dodge rust is a very solid truck and drives perfect!

    Tanny fluid

Good to know. I was looking at their website but can't see if the console shifter is an option in any of them. I prefer the 6spd as I hate the knob. My 2010 has 150,000km and no issues at all with the tranny.

285 or 275 or stick to 265 tires?

I have 285 65 20's on mine. They fit fine stock but look much better with the Bilsteins struts at 2.1" and 1.5" spacers in the rear.

Is that in 1500 or 2500's, or both?
