Yes, I would return it. I recently bought 2 fobs that were supposed to work on my 2018 2500 Laramie but I couldn’t get to work. They took the programming but didn’t work. I returned them and got very specific about my truck year and model and they sent new fobs. The programming whet easy...- tubidkl
