2001 ECM swap into 2002 - Runs Great - No gauges, all Dummy Lights on

Is this torsion key NORMAL?
I am looking into ride quality issues, but noticed this odd looking torsion key angle. 1 of the keys looks normal, and this one looks way off. It looks like the design accommodates it, but still very strange. Comments? -

2002 Ram 1500 4x4 - BOUNCY and Jarring ride - even with all new parts
