Synthetic Oil
my 2001 1500 5.2l. went with mobil one and mobil one filter at first oil change. (500 miles) then same thing every 4000 mile, now at 486,000 mile runs like new. starts in about 2 seconds, does not smoke. 5.2 to 5.9l swap on 01 ram 1500 crank no start now
are you sure the injectors are spraying? if u have spark, and gas, even if out of time a bit, it should cough and stumble. gas to rail does not mean the injectors are working. is your spark to the plugs? if wont fire with ether sounds like to spark to cylinders absent. Any pointers on using a 2 post lift ?
when u start lifting, if truck not going up level, let it back down,before going up high. readjust lift points. u should know by time all 4 come just off floor.- garyfattmann101

Who's got the most miles on there truck!
i have always used mobile one and mobil one filter, regular changes. still runs real good. let id warm about one min before taking off, unless near or below zero. truck lives outside. too bad body not as tough as drive line.. it is a farm truck and driven daily- garyfattmann101
