    Blower motor ground location

Found my own answer (at least kind of). I managed to get a flashlight angled in enough through the side of the dash (removed the cover) and saw the three wires go across the airbox to the side of the truck, then down under the carpet. They went to a harness at the bottom of the a-pillar. The...

    Blower motor ground location

Can someone tell me where the ground for the blower motor goes (terminates)? I've been diagnosing a non-working blower on my 2015 RAM 1500, and determined I do not have ground on the connector going into the blower (it's the 3-wire style, hot/control/ground). Jumpering the ground wire on the...

"Helper" Air Bags or HD Springs for trailer squat

I've seen them mentioned before as well; they just seemed to be less popular than the Air Lift's.

"Helper" Air Bags or HD Springs for trailer squat

I have a 2015 RAM 1500 4WD CC Big Horn daily driver that I occasionally tow with (around 6-8 times a year). Typically, I'm towing our ~4000lb travel trailer w/ WDH, but I also sometimes tow a 3000-4000lb shared cargo trailer (w/ no WDH). I have the truck fairly leveled out when towing the travel...

If towing - leveling kit okay or skip?

One additional comment for the OP: regardless of what you decide about doing the level-lift, you should still plan on picking up a WDH. The difference in handling with/without is night and day, plus the added sway control can literally be a lifesaver.

If towing - leveling kit okay or skip?

Definitely true, but you should be able to set it up "close" to 50/50. You'll end up with some slight sag in the rear, because it is better to have the weight bias there than the front, but it should not be significant. And if you are towing that much weight that you get rear sag regardless of...

If towing - leveling kit okay or skip?

I bought my '15 1500 with a leveling kit already installed; it sits with about 1/2" of rake. I tow a travel trailer with a WDH, with no air bags, and have no problems. A properly adjusted WDH should evenly load the front and rear axles, and your truck should not exhibit sag in the rear.
