    I did try that the day after I installed the radio. I noticed it reset some things, didn’t have backup cam, no XM. But that all came back within a few key cycles.

    I checked for leaks after putting everything together I used compressed air and soapy water and got all the leaks sealed up. At first I though boost leak but now I’m not sure since the sound goes away. You would think with a leak the sound would get louder with higher boost pressure.

    You’re probably right! It’s a new sound after an intake modification so it might just be different air flow sounds I’m hearing.

    CBC I/O Usage - driver door ajar switch usage. Same for passenger door. I’m pretty sure you’re the one who recommended that change in alfaOBD to get rid of my hyper flash with the aftermarket lights.

    Whine noise with acceleration

    Today I changed out the belt tensioner and idler pulley and there was no change to the whine. I’m going to check exhaust manifold bolts tomorrow to see if there’s a loose one. If it isn’t a manifold bolt I don’t know what to check next.
