    No common rail likes to idle. Causes injectors to foul. Ram won't warranty injectors if there is too many idle hours. You may want to talk to Chrysler Corp. To each their own. I don't idle unless I have to and when I do, I idle up. Earl

    Idle up on diesels have been since 3rd gen. My 07 2500 had it. Which was all prior to all the after treatment. I use to instead of idling. Common rails do not like idling at idle speed. Also use it to get better AC when parked or sitting in traffic. Faster warmup when using with the exhaust...

    I'm not taking about cold fast idle. I'm talking about the idle up feature. No tune needed, comes enabled from the factory. Like I said, I don't know if gasoline trucks have the feature. Also included on PTO optioned trucks. Again, I don't know if gasoline trucks have pto option. Earl

    Do the gasoline engines have idle up feature? That would be better on the engine than just idling at idle rpm. If fan is engine driven and computer controlled the fan speed would increase as needed. If it's electric fans they will come on as needed. Never had a gasoline truck, so I don't know...

    Reset the radio by pulling the inline fuse. Then let it sleep for a couple hours. Earl

    Note, it sounds like your radio hasn't fully reset itself. Let it sleep for a couple hours and see. Won't get rid of the device not supported message but your other items should function. Earl

    Welcome to the "device not supported" group. I have the issue on my new UAQ with 34.2 software. I just updated it to 39.5 with no change. The only way to stop it, is unplug the USB hub. Been a constant slap in the face everytime I start the truck since mid April. Even guests ask about the error...

    I successfully updated from 34.2 to 39.5. Still get the dreaded "device not supported" message. Guess I will have it till I trade up. Talk about chaffing my sack! So updating won't stop the error message. Earl

    Seems to be working now. I reformatted the USB stick and reinstalled the software.
