Remote Start Beeps Once....
The single beep means “remote start disabled” it may flash that in your evic screen upon entry. I have a 21 limited at work and it will only remote start twice before you have to go and manually start with the push button and fob detected. no amount of time will enable the remote start again...- Jrws6

So I just sold my new Ram
As far as maintenance, I pay $80 for a oil change at my local dealership. IMO If the OP really wants 200k trouble free out of a full size truck, he should be considering the Tundra. if Toyota had a diesel tundra i am not 100 percent sure my ‘18 2500 Cummins would be in my driveway. As normal for me, My amp steps and mm3 were plugged into the obd port. Maybe I left my parking lights on or cargo light on by mistake, it was dark outside when I programmed it.... I was pretty sure these trucks caught things like that, maybe they don't and I'm being paranoid lol... I will...- Jrws6

I finally used my alphaobd and kodatech bypass to acess my bcm and activate my newly added power adjustable pedals. .... now it seems my gauges and cargo light stay illuminated longer than usual... didn't think much about it and now my batteries are dead... 2018 Laramie 2500, ctd, 5600 miles...- Jrws6

Yep thats correct. Mine were plug and play as far as bolt in and wiring, wires all ready there and all. From what I understand the tipm or ecu was not configured to power the switch I installed because the truck wasn't originally built with them. The dealer only explained to me over the...- Jrws6
