    I want to go to a larger tire but I want to keep them inside the fenders and avoid clearance issues. It has factory raised ride height on the build sheet but I am not sure what that translates to in inches of lift.

    I did learn one valuable piece of information. If there is an open in the horn wiring (when I unplugged the connector from the horn) the hazard flashers go n and can't be turned off with the switch on the dash. Strange. I wonder how many other hidden system warning indicators our trucks have.

    I didn't understand all the hype about this either. I did after I installed mine. All of us will someday have a friend that doesn't own a truck open your tailgate. Most will drop it. It may not damage anything but it will annoy you. I know it will help and it's cheap insurance.

    Tall guy question

    6'5" and just got a 4th Gen 1500 Laramie without a sunroof. No problems. I find that any vehicle with a sunroof will create headroom problems for me. I will just use the AC and won't miss the sun shining on the top of my head.
