    We are setup at Gifford Pinchot state park this weekend for their season opener. There are more people enjoying this state campground than I would have preferred but it stayed pretty quiet all weekend. Rain may chase us out early today.

    Twin Grove resort in Jonestown PA is open all year round. There won’t be much to do but they have good WiFi so the kids can do their school work Friday afternoon. At least we won’t be at home! I can sit by a camp fire and work as well while we wait for our friends to arrive. We love this...

    Took a little road trip from PA to KY this past weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at the average MPG.

    This is our 4th trip of the season but the furthest distance from home. We came up through the north east mountains in Pennsylvania and the 6.4 did great! We are in Rome PA close to the NY state line. I couldn’t be happier with this 2015 2500.

    Make my 4.7 with 65rfe shift better when towing.

    I traded a 2004 1500 with the 4.7L and 3.92 gears last year. Several years ago I purchased a super chips tuner for it. It changed my shift points and the truck pulled a 5,000 lb TT well enough to 55mph. Without the tuner it shifted noticeably harder. The tuner made it bearable. My best upgrade...

    We have 3 kids with the oldest being 12. We are looking at quad bunk campers so we don’t have to put down the table or unfold the couch for kid #3. I also want a bedroom with an actual door instead of a curtain and a bathroom that I can actually move around in!
