    How overfull is it? Any way you could get a picture and post it? How long have you had the truck? People do weird things and maybe swapped the dipstick. Maybe look online and see if you can find a good picture of an oem dipstick and compare it to what you have.

    Did you prefill the new oil filter or start the engine after adding the oil? If you didn't that could explain the "overfill" which probably isn't overfilled since there's no oil in the oil filter. I'd also be checking your oil level a lot more often.

    The hemi came out in 03 and I don't think the ram's got mds til 06. If I remember right the cars got it in 05. My 05 1500 hemi didn't have it.

    How long have you had the truck and how long has it been doing this? Is it possible your hesitation is from mds? Example, cruising in 4 cylinder mode then you go to go and there's a slight delay while the other cylinders kick in.

    Aww man I was just getting my popcorn ready lol. Sorry to the op I can't be of any help, but if you do replace your rear springs please post up your experience with them. Hard to find reviews on stiffer springs for the 2500s since I assume most people just get airbags and call it good enough.
