I just got my truck back yesterday evening and drove a hour home on this set up. It felt like a brand new truck! The steering felt tight and responsive while the drive overall was comfortable. You can tell the difference compared to the air, but its nothing that should prevent you from getting it.
I just ordered this exact kit to replace my air that's been bottoming out randomly. Going to have a local shop install. How would you compare the ride quality to the air suspension after having it installed for a few months now? I'm sure it wont be as smooth but hoping its still a comfortable ride.
The new set up looks great, do you by chance know the height its currently sittings at? My air suspension just started giving me issues and I will be going the delete route. Driving over 800 miles from Chicago to Dallas on bump stops has convinced me to just pull it. Not interested in having to...
Link below for the parts I ordered. They also have an attached diy guide with step by step process in replacing the motor and gear. Simple swap to complete.

Finally got around to fixing my folding mirrors. Both went out and I ordered the Gruven replacement kit. Overall it was an easy swap just had issues with the spring retaining clip. Both mirrors were cracked like the attached image . such a dumb design to use plastic
Not too many freezing temperature days here so I doubt that's causing the issues. We were in the low 70s today and it refused to work. I tried opening the housing but it was not as easy as prying it open. I had to remove the mirror and 3 torx screws holding the housing and mirror cap together...
For the last month my passage side mirror decides to stop folding out randomly. The motor is working OK and after resetting the mirror(folding in and then manually opening then folding the mirror) it will work for a few days before it getting stuck. Anyone else experience this issue? Not really...
I was getting code P0456 with the gas cap error on the dash. I replaced the gas cap thinking it was faulty with an OEM Mopar one from the stealership. Then ended up swapping out this evap module after doing a little research. The gas cap error is gone now but my check engine light is still on...
I installed a used Dualliner 5pc bed kit I got a great deal on locally. It was a little annoying cutting out the OEM bed LED mounting holes but nothing crazy.
Finally got around to doing the cabin air filter mod on my 16 Sport. It was actually a pain to get the plastic cover cut out since my dremel was too big to get all the corners and ended up having to use a box cutter.
The spacers are from Rough Country that I purchased from a local member (link below). I can try and reply with any needed info, just let me know. I will say that the overall ride quality has not been affected after the install and all the different ride levels including Aero work perfectly fine...
Yes running factory ride with the CFT links with 2in spacers on all corners so I can run the 35 tires. Honestly at regular height or offroad1, I dont feel much of a difference in the ride. Even at offroad2 its not bad but you do notice a big jump in stiff ride going over speedbumps.
This is interesting, Ill have to look further into it. I currently leveled out my 16 with CFT leveling links and running 35s on my stock sport wheels with 2in spacers. I actually thought about the possibility of doing a body lift for extra lift this weekend.
Started getting a loud rattle noise over speed bumps. Finally figured out that my bed is missing one of the mounting bolts. The passenger rear corner (closest to the rear bumper) bolt is missing causing the corner to flex over bumps and smack down on the frame. Anyone know the part number for...
Would have to modify the grille to fit from my understanding as the Rebel grille has the lower section that needs to be trimmed off. could always go aftermarket but IMO they dont look that great.
Also the tailgate emblem is recessed so you will have to swap it or fill in and paint.
Cleaned out the interior a bit. I need to apologize to the "Stealership", I accused them of stealing my OBDLink dongle :emotions34:. This whole time it was sitting in the center console in the little cubby at the back. I went crazy looking for this thing for 2 months and checked that area...
Drove the Ram a little over 600 miles round trip yesterday to Owasso, OK for my brother to pick up his new 20 Charger Scat pack. Clean car, ill try and take a few pics today.
Took some time and removed some plastic and don't rub as much. Don't want to start cutting up part of the frame so it will stay as is. Only rub on full lock.
