I got tired of trying to find a light bar mount for my truck so I designed and fabricated one myself. The sensors still function!
It only mounts to the plate holes, so obviously I can’t pull anything with it but it does what it’s supposed to do.
Here are some pics. I didn’t quite make it up before the sun. Taking the pics in the cab at night doesn’t really do the lights justice but trust me, they are bright.
Night driving with these are amazing. The floods do throw a ton of light out to the sides so it's much easier to see any critters that could be trying to cross the road.
No night pics right now. I'll try and grab some tonight.
Put these on not to long ago and have been super happy with the result. I ended up going with two spots (amber lenses) and two floods (clear lenses). These are pretty bright, so looking back I would have probably gone with all spots so I can aim the light a little more.
Install was straight...

Hi everyone,
So I’m a new Ram truck owner and couldn’t be happier. These trucks are pretty awesome and I’m happy with the decision I made.
I wanted to know from you guys if there was anything specific to look out for like bushings, bearings or other wear items. Any specific preventative...
Hello everyone,
I recently got into a new to me 2016 Ram 1500 with the Big Horn trim level. It's a very impressive truck. Dodge really thought of everything and my favorite feature (aside from the hemi) is probably the heated steering wheel. I've never had anything like that in a vehicle...
