    Reading the forum, I came across someone that said that the original 4th gen USB ports will work with the new radio(UAQ & UAS). The only caveat is that the Android Auto works and Apple car play will not work.

    I've been looking for the answer on that one to. Technically, it should work like a USB. The RA4 apparently will work when wired like that. I'm looking to move the Android Auto plug closer to the radio and just want to use an aftermarket USB port.

    Just dropped off the truck with the shop! Asked about the speedometer and confirmed that I need to use a tune of some sort to correct the speedometer. The speedometer runs off the Vehicle Speed Sensor in the transmission.

    I don't really know much about the tuners. I've seen the superchips and things like that. Yes the truck is 4X4. I hope the install doesn't break the bank!

    The cost so far has been just under $2k(CAD) for the gears. The shop I'm taking it to works by the hour and I'll see that labour costs next week. For the ratio, has anyone set the gears in alphaobd? I would hate to buy a device just for one purpose.

    Just installed the radio and enabled the “cabin net ICS integrated center stack”. the fan in the radio fires up, but nothing else.
