Where are you planning on mounting it? Rambox?
I'm thinking of either a ARB twin or a Powertank as the Smittybilt compressor i'm using is fine, but would like something a little faster now that i've moved up to 39's.
With the cost of oil changes at the dealership it was a no brainer for me to just have them do it.
Just bought a package of 3 oil changes for $145 from the dealer.
Quite a bit of trimming of the pinch weld and remolding/cutting of the fender liner in the front. Haven't had a chance to take it offroad to flex it out to see if any additional trimming will be necessary. I was just cycling the suspension at home with a jack.
In the rear I've been told that to...
Pretty close to that on just these Mesa's and BFG's. I run a full size spare on my Rig'd carrier so it's 5 of everything.
I looked at the CJC exclusives but I wanted something that not everyone had out there. I didn't see too many guys running these Mesa's so I went with these. Plus the Gray...
Anybody else having wheel problems?
I've owned the truck for a little over a year now and am on my 4th set of wheels.
Hopefully this is the last set for awhile :p
*If you're in Socal and are looking for some Saltas or Falken AT3W 35x12.5x17's DM me.

It's not like he wants to run 24x14" with -1million offset... tons of guys run +18 wheels. My eyeballs aren't calibrated enough to instantly notice the 17mm (less than 3/4") difference when they're mounted on a truck.
OP, just know that you may have to do more trimming than if you ran something...
I hope everyone who reads this realizes that whether or not you go .5 or 1.5" will not affect the ability to stuff bigger tires (this info is directly from Thuren).
I actually ended up changing my order from 1.5" to .5" springs. Now i'm just waiting on my King 2.5's to get built.
Sounds like a cool build! The AEV flares are something I would do if I decide to go full **** on my PW; but i'll most likely just go with 37's once my 35's wear out and call it a day.
Look forward to seeing the progress as parts start rolling in!
I figure for our trucks that there will be an abundant supply of parts for a long time; either via OEM or aftermarket for anything that would likely break.
Not something I worry about. If it gets to the point the repairs are more than the truck is worth it's time to move on to something new.
The margins are probably substantially better for them as they push Carli like none other. I'm actually surprised they even carry Thuren as I don't think i've seen a single IG post of theirs that featured Thuren.
Here's my truck on 17x9" -12mm Offset Zephyr. Running Falken AT3W's on there. I had a slight amount of rub but only in reverse at full lock.
Once the AEV Salta HD's in silver went on sale I went ahead and bought 5 of them since I knew i'd eventually be upgrading to 37's down the line...
Not everyone lives in the sticks... parking spaces have been getting smaller and smaller over the years. There are a bunch of times where i've had to turn sideways to get through a couple of regular cars or when street parking, let alone something as big as our PW's.
It's one of those features...
It's a Rig'd UltraSwing Mega-Fit carrier. Here's a thread talking about it: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/1st-impressions-rigd-ultraswing-mega-fit-spare-tire-carrier.157682/
I hope that hbleconey's rusting experience was an isolated case. I did a local pickup from them and they installed it...
For my order shipping to Pasadena was only $130 from White Knuckle. Shipping to the OC should be around the same. Figuring gas and time it was worth it just to have them shipped.
Removing the floor boxes just gives you easier access to the slider bolts. It's only a handful of bolts and it comes right out. Not at all that involved.
I actually ended up getting some sheet abs and forming some plates to fill in the gaps. I used plastic weld to glue it all together.
After all that I noticed that AEV had their silver Salta's on sale so I just went ahead and bought a set of them since I figured i'd eventually go to 37's down the...
