I'd have to take a look at it to be sure but from what you described it sounds like there might be a little "gunk" build up in there. Try a little air cleaner (used for cleaning computer keyboards etc) an get the extend nozzle down in the crevice of the switch and give it a good shot! Let us...- Paulcakman

Heres the fix which usually does the trick. Do this with the engine running...then shut off. Open the car door which will do a complete shut down. Shut the door, Wait 30 seconds and restart the truck. Sent from my SM-T510 using Tapatalk- Paulcakman

On day 66 of being quarantined....I finally got around to Plasti Dipping my skid plate. It was much easier than I thought it was going to be.
