    +1 i did it to a: see if i liked red and b: to see if the cheaper ones fit. I had a minor issue w back tabs scraping a bit, but adjusted them once and been good for a year. i can reach them thru my wheels and the dirt /dust just wipes off

    yep...they have a small module that you can fit inside and the cap goes on fine. i did set the truck to led for the lights as well, and no issues w the headlights

    i found out that your turn signal selection for led will make a difference...some switchbacks turn off the running light when the turn/brake is applied, which will give a bulb out message.. W help here on the forum, i used a 300ohm 10 watt resistor to fool the truck into thinking the running...

    its faster and easier to just pull the headlight.. a long extension and a 10mm will get the lower bolt without removing the grill...just went thru a couple of remove/replace and got it down to under ten minutes per side

    theres a bunch of threads here that i searched before i made my decision the short answer is 20X10 -18 offset fit my needs . didnt see the need to go past 10 wide and my wheels have the nice deep lip i wanted without getting too far out of the fenders sounds like a good fit for your description

    i bought a set off amazon..they did a good job covering the chrome..but i only used the actual handle part, not the outer part as that was already color matched i also had put bedliner spray on my chrome nerf bar /steps / whatever you want to call them so i shot the handle covers w that to keep...
