Finally Time For Lift and Upgrades :)
Superlift as mentioned by @SOKY_RAM is a great mid-level kit. Some folks run the Zone kit as well. Some achieve this with a level and a body lift also. There are plenty of options. Just search these forums with the term Bilsteins and/or Eibach and you'll get plenty of reading material to help... -
Lifted truck benefits?
My previous ride was a GMC Sierra w/6in and 20x10s on 35s. Did I need it? Nope. Did I look good in it? Abso@#$%inglutely! To each their own. Will I go that high again with my Ram? Probably not. Plans for the Ram are to level and stuff 35s on 20x12s. -

Eibach Pro Lift Struts
That is a very nice setup considering you're running 315s on 17x9s. Being that wide didn't give you any issues? The widest that a tire shop would recommend was 285 for a 17x9 wheel. Thinking of saving some coin (for the Eibach kit) and just get wider tires for my 17x9. Good to see that it can be... -

2016 RAM 1500 Laramie CC 5.7 - So I haven’t driven the truck in a day. Go out to get it started so I can attach trailer and it just clicks (once). Interior lights are on and radio came on. So I took key out, stuck it in (says key is in ignition), turn and it just clicks. Bad starter? I doubt... -
What motor oil and oil filter do you use and why?
I've put about 500 miles on the recent oil change of Redline 5w30 and the RP filter. It sounds smoother now than before from what I can tell. I'm not a mechanic so my laymans ears is telling me so :)- mrOAP

Time for new shocks.
Excuse my ignorance, but with the Eibach and Bils in the fronts your final measurement is 2"ish, right? I'm assuming that you can go higher cause the Bils can get up to 2.75" and the Eibach can be at 3". So this combo can get me 3" of lift in the front and I can level the rear with Eibach rears... -

Anymore it is the luck of the draw! You have good ones and you have bad ones. This is my first 'used' truck purchase. I've always bought new. But even when I bought new I ended up with a GM lemon. Good luck with the decision!- mrOAP

Found me a used Tyger on this FB marketplace that people use, lol. Not bad for $175 and when I went to pick it up the foam layers were still intact on it. I only wish the fitment would've followed the lines better. -

Synthetic Oil
Switched to Redline 5w30 yesterday. Tight spaces is not a good place for a Samoan with fat forearms. So after getting my arm stuck a couple times, I managed to get the big RP filter in there :) Now I've got a 4 hour drive tomorrow. I'll probably get back underneath and check the filter fitment...- mrOAP

I finally cut ties with Sirius/XM after being with them for 18 years. I always call a month before my subscription ends and negotiate back to $5-$10 a month for 2 vehicles. All my music is now on a hard drive that I just keep plugged in via USB. Podcasts on the phone to listen to via Bluetooth...- mrOAP
