Well the easy test to verify lifters and cam would be to remove the valve cover on both sides and hand crank the engine around if you pay attention to the lifters you will see if one of them has much less travel then the others it will be noticeable.- Erik Broczkowski

I just finished my rebuild of my 2014 hemi, I did the replacement cam and lifters (non MDS), timing chain and all new gaskets, and did the tune to turn off the MDS.
