what did you use? I just did one side of ram 1500 and it was a *****! Used fishing string and a hair dryer to get the badges off and 3m adhesive remover which I don't think helped at all on the adhesive. Made a huge ******* mess and took about an hour for one side.

I use fishing string but I think it was 25lb or something like that. Did the whole sawing motion just like in the video on YouTube ,but there's a technique to remove the 3m tape because if you pull it like you would a piece of tape or bandaid it will tear. You kind of have to pull away then towards you, them it comes right off. I used goof off then soapy wash cloth. Took me 45 min to do the whole truck.

I'm not sure what 3M adhesive remover you have, but the stuff I have in a quart can that body shops use is AWESOME!

I cut with fishing line, then soak with the 3M, let sit a bit, then go back and it comes right off.

Nice! I left the hemi on mine too.

An eraser wheel makes super short work of 3m tape.

Looks great. I plan to do the same when the weather warms up. I'll leave my rear badges, but the side ones are too large/ugly.

Paint them bad boys a two-tone color. I love mine.

The best way I've found is strong fishing line. Keep it close to the badge to leave as much tape on as possible. Then pull the tape as close to the truck as possible, as if you wanted to stretch it out to make it longer. Pull a little, then get another grip. Repeat. Unless its cold it always comes off in one piece for me. GooGone on a microfiber cloth has always worked great for me at getting the residue off. Then I just wash the area up to get the GooGone off.
