I finally got finished building up the Power Wagon the way i want it, with the exception of a canopy. I’m still on the hunt for the right one. Once I smash them up I’ll also swap bumpers and rock sliders out too.

Here is what I’ve got installed so far:

Thuren 1.5 Level w/ Fox 2.0 shocks and front coils, Fox rear shocks wOEM coils to maintain towing
Fox Adjustable Steering damper
Thuren Front and Rear Track Bars
Upgraded Endlinks
Method 704HD Wheels & Falken Wildpeak AT4 37x12.5 17 Tires
Edge Pulsar Tuner
Borla Type S Exhaust
S&B Intake

I’m really impressed with the improvement to driveability and on-road stability with the suspension and tire upgrades.I upgraded at 48,000kms (~30,000 miles). The Edge tuner made adjusting the speedo a breeze. It also sharpened throttle response and increased power a little on the Performance setting (91 octane required)

Here’s how it looks now vs stock. Shout out to E-mortal Customs in Calgary for doing to work to the Power Wagon.

One other comment. For those in cold climates, when installing the Edge tuner be VERY careful with the OEM harness clips. They are flimsy and break easily. Thankfully, I was able to overnight new ones quickly but what a pain in the @SS

I’ve only taken it snow-wheeling once since the upgrades. The level and tires help clearance a ton. Lots more low-speed stability also.

Any rubbing at full lock or when flexed? Reverse?

Nice. The 37" looks really good.

I'll stick with 34-35" for a few reasons, not least of which is I really like the 75A rims I have. Add in I don't want to have to heave wood and what not up in the bed much higher than it already is and it's a good middle ground. Really the only time I think there's something to the whole air adjustable height gimmick. :D

Truck looks great but you need to fix your title. It's not complete, and if you're anything like the rest of us it will never be complete. You said yourself in your first post there are more things you already have planned to do on it. So don't sit there all smug saying it's complete. Face it, you're just like the rest of us. Your truck will never be complete. :)

Nice build. I have been building mine for 8 months now. Getting close to getting all of the big stuff finished. It is a beast off road. If interested you can check out my YouTube channel (@redbeastadventures) for all the build details and adventures.

Nice build. All I’ve done to my ‘24 is put on 35’s then took it to Moab. Great fun, super-capable but I can sense how much it could take on with 37’s, clearance bumpers and diff protection. A drug in the making! Anyways, I’m near Calgary too, maybe see you out snow-wheeling at Waiporous this winter.

Thanks. I might make it out to Moab at the end of March 2025. It is a fun truck to wheel…

LOL you’re right. I’m just lying to myself…Already pricing out a ProCharger because I love buying gas. They have kits that fit around the winch now.
