Seal up the open ends on the tubing and condenser really good, you don't want to get any dirt or moisture in the system.
Pulling the condenser won't cause any problems.
Something to check is if the radiator evenly warm, if the top or bottom of the radiator is warmer/cooler than the rest, it could be partially plugged.
If your OBD reader is Bluetooth, most of them won't work with iOS devices for apps like Fusion. I think the new OBDLink MX+ does though.
