Howdy, I'm new to this forum and recently purchased a 06 Big Horn 5.7L. I was wondering what would be the best/cost efficient exhaust system for it?

Also what other minor cost efficient purchase can I make to improve the engine and performance?

First off, welcome to Ram Forum. Are you looking for a loud or quiet exhaust? I am a huge fan of mahnaflow muffers for both performance and sound. If you want loud, then the 14" is the way to go. If you want it just slightly louder than stock, then their 24" would be right. If you want the the deep tone without much drone, then their 18" muffler is best.

Aside from that, I would look nto a Superchips Flashpaq or 1 of our 85mm ported throttle bodies. The tuner and throttle body are both going to give a more noticable gain than the muffler swap will, but the sound alone is well worth the cost.

Welcome, Matt just bout covered it all. If your keeping most of the exhaust stock and just doing a muffler swap while thats being done could toss in a mangaflow y pipe to help it breath also.
