Will an 06 cab fit on an 03 frame?

Should fit no problem... the only difference between the two are the front fenders because of the headlights.

I rolled my 03 on its roof. And insurance wouldn't cover the repair. So I have found a complete 06 cab. I was curious because I know they changed the suspension setup in 06

The suspension change was minor in my experience, are you getting the interior with it also?

Yes it will work. You might as well convert the front end too if you go through the trouble. Just turn your truck into an 06. The suspension won't matter unless you need to replace some of it. Also, make sure you correct the vins and swap them so that it is correct.

I'm probably going to do the interior as well. I will have to get a bonded title. Seriously debating doing a solid axle swap. Not sure about the suspension part of it yet.
