07 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi backfire feels like running over speed bumps

I have a 07 1500 5.7 Hemi started to backfire feels like going over bumps. Changed EGR cleaned up EGR tube and throttle body, new EGR tube gasket and tbi gasket, still has the backfire I had changed the plugs and coils 6 months ago, any thing else I should check? I appreciate any help, great questions and responses think I found the right forum.
