07 wheels and tires ????

Just bought a 07 quad cab and installed the Tuff Country leveling kit on it now it's time for rims and tires.Here ya go,if I stick with the 20's on it and I'm liking these Moto Metal ones the tires are more money and not as meaty[side wall rubber]If I go with 17's or 18's the tires are less, and more side wall which I like I dont want low pro tires.But those darn 20 inch MO959 CHROM Moto Metals look real good.Now my main question,do these come in different off sets I really like deep rims on trucks ,can you tell me a little about off sets and whats out there.Thanks
