08 RAM Right rear turn signal

No power to the socket for the right rear brake/turn bulb to light! Have power in the trailer plug! Also fuse #26 blows in the fuse box! Since there is no fuse for the right rear lamp i'm at a loss! Also at time the brake lights stay on when I turn the truck off and a new brake switch did not cure that either!! Any thoughts?????

Check the resistance between the ground and brake wire and see if it's shorted. If so, check up by the connector. Start unwrapping. The insulation may have gone bad or melted.
