09-10 vs 11-18 ram 1500 shocks and struts difference?

Hey guys had a quick question, I found a brand new set of Bilstein 5100's on market place for a great deal. They're listed for a 09-10 1500 4WD and my truck is a 2014 big horn. Would these still work? I don't think the suspension changed other than the control material no? Any help would be great thanks!

Same parts, I think the main thing that changed is 09/10 it was a Dodge Ram and 11+ it was just a Ram . Same truck different badge and that messed with a lot of parts databases.

I was gonna ask the same question regarding part # 68277312AC 2014+ ram DT front struts. Can they work o a 2009-2012 dodge ram DS. Along with the rear springs ?
