Does anyone know of any install write ups and best product
I have 2013 1500 4x4
I have installed many body lifts on Jeeps before and there is always some fabing to do or extending of some control rod/shifter etc..
Are the 1" or 1.5 really as simple as I have read
Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of prior to starting besides the exhaust being low and needing a tweek
Also will be running 2.8 Bils and 1.5 or 1.75 spacers and Bils o

Thanks
Wayne

I installed my Zone 1.5" body lift on top of my Zone 6" suspension lift and am really happy with it! The only "modifying" we had to do was cut a section of the rear bumper for my hitch in order for the new location of the rear bumper to fit properly. Everything else was pretty simple but I highly recommend having at least two people (including yourself) to do the install.

Any welding on the 1.5 BL for Ram
Yeh I figured it would be a three man team
Took about that for the jeep which is a 1" BL had to drop the radiator and cut a bigger shifter hole as well as weld on supports on a 4" plus and spring over axle
What a blast that was

No welding or any other modifications other than what I said.

I believe sport models are little more involved BC you have to take the headlights and grille out. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yes it is a piece of cake, no welding.. Other than swapping in the blocks and new bolts you'll have to cut a small notch out the rear bumper, drill 2 new holes in the frame for the front bumper, and readjust your exhaust tips... that's pretty much it. I did mine by myself as well, only part where I could've used a second set of hands was reinstalling the bumpers (the front bumper especially). I ended up using a jack and a 2x4 to lift it up and hold it in place while I guided the bolts into the holes, it actually worked out fairly well once I got the hang of it.
