12” uconnect will not downloads sports data

Does anyone with the 12” uconnect in a 19 Ram have an issue with the sports data? Everything else works fine except this issue. I can download weather, gas, movies etc. when I select sports it just says please wait then times out.

Just a little follow up to maybe help another member. I finally got mine working. I needed to be stopped. Once i was stopped, the menu popped right up. All good now.

Hmm... I will try that. I am pretty sure the first time I tried I was sitting in a parking space though. Did it take a while to load?

Still wayyy too long. It only takes seconds in my old truck and the Charger.

I agree. sometimes I'm already at my destination before the sports app updates.
