Question???? In my 04 Dakota I swapped a fuse to make my 12V power always on. Does anyone know which fuse this is in my 09 1500?

I guess you're talking about your 12V Power Outlets on the dash?
The passenger side outlet is always hot.

You *could* tap that wire and power the driver side as well.

My outlet in the middle console is always on, but the one for the back seat is only on when the truck is on. The 110V on the dash has to be powered on each time with the button. So the back seat power is the one I was wondering about

If it is like the 2014, look for a small fuse in a long slot, pull the fuse and move it to the other side and you will have it powered all the time. On the 2014 it is listed as F90/F91 fuse position and said something like customer option in description in owner's manual. Hope this helps.
