The wiring is off of a 2017 1500 manual supposedly.
I might be able to send the pdf file if the picture isn't clear enough.
The description is from a 13-16 1500 manual supposedly.
The 2017 wiring seems to point to the enable getting it's power from the BCM vs. the PDC that the description calls for.

They changed it in on the 2017+ models. I ran into that documentation mismatch when adding the inverter to my 2014.

What fuse fed your enable power to the plug then? F38 feeds the inverter but does it also feed the 120 plug enable signal? I don't have that wiring diagram.
