'13 Quad Cab Speakers

Are there any speakers in the dash
Truck is a 2013 quad cab Big Horn
I want to change out all speakers in doors
I have the 8.4 screen audio system
What sizes are they
What is the best ones to put in,
Just looking for ideas

Dash is 3.5 dors are 6x9. Easy to install
