My 1989 Dodge Ram was parked and car rear ended me.

Trying to find a replacement bed for it.
Will only a 1989 Dodge Ram Bed fit this vehicle?
Can you let me know what bed will fit this car?
When the bed was crushed it did a little damage to the cabin on the driver's side.
It seems to drive fine though.
Their Insurance wants to give me peanuts (the person who crashed in to me) , hope my classic insurance will cover.
Any recommendations?
